Phil was born and raised in Delaware County, where he still resides today with his wife and daughter. After graduating from Monsignor Bonner, Phil entered the trades.
As a certified electrician, Phil completed his training through New Castle County Vo-Tech and has had a successful career in the trades serving others for over a decade.
